Notes 28 Sep

Namachivayam September 28, 2025 The Sunday Satsang at Mouna Mantappa took place in a serene natural setting, beginning with devotional chants and silentation, creating a spiritually charged atmosphere. With the arrival of Masterji, the environment became even more elevated. Masterji initiated the discourse by questioning why people gather at Mouna Mantappa. Unlike worldly gatherings—social, economic, or religious—which are driven by expectations and experiences, the satsang here aims for **liberation (Mukthi)** through **non-experience**. He emphasized that true spiritual progress begins when one becomes **non-reactive**, unaffected by joy or sorrow, thus transcending the cycle of expectations and disappointments. Masterji explained that the **mind** is the root of suffering, as it is entangled in attachments, desires, and emotions. **Mano Nasha**, or the complete dissolution of the mind, is essential for **Self-Realization**.  Namachivayam September 14, 2025 The Sunday Satsang commenced in a serene and spiritual atmosphere with devotional singing and silentation, setting the tone for a deeply introspective session. The arrival of the Enlightened Master elevated the ambiance further. He began by expressing concern over the Abhyasis’ lack of involvement in the Foundation’s welfare initiatives and emphasized the importance of functioning collectively as a **Sangha**, promoting **positivity through Chivality**.  **Namachivayam – September 05, 2025** The MMP satsang at Sri Anil Kumar’s residence began in a serene and devotional atmosphere with Guruvandane, Nirvana Shatkam, Panchakshari, and silent meditation. With the arrival of the Enlightened Master, the gathering became more divine. Masterji shared profound insights on the three gunas—Rajas, Satva, and Tamas—and their role in human life and spiritual advancement. He explained that **Rajo guna** makes a person active, energetic, and at times hyperactive, often resulting in workaholism. **Satva guna** drives one towards knowledge, learning, clarity, and focus. However, an excess of Satva can lead to pride and ego (“Aham”), where one flaunts acquired knowledge, obstructing spiritual growth. On the other hand, **Thamo guna**, generally seen as inactivity, has deep spiritual significance. It is the state of calmness, rest, and silence (“Summane Iruvudhu”), where body and mind are rejuvenated, much like deep sleep. Masterji emphasized that re...
