Gurubhyonamaha

The Sunday satsang MMCS 43 commenced with Shri Lokanathji's elucidation about Manasu i. e. , MIND.

Our mind is always flooded with thoughts. He says we have to analyse ourselves by throwing light upon the power of mind, power of energy and power of silence. The mind is so powerful that we tend to become what we think. That is why one should always nurture positive thoughts. At the same time we should try to remain silent both in mind and body by being non reactive to whatever is happening around us. We have to try our best to be in thoughtless state with a blank mind. That is "Summane Irabeku".

Sri Lokanathji says  we have to be in constant remembrance of Master. Constant remembrance and surrender to Master are the two main keys to attain the state of Chivam.

The satsang concluded with a soothing song sung by Mam Ananthalakshmi enlightening about Guru Vandane and Arpane.

Any misconception from my end may please be rectified.
