Namachivayam -MMCS 45
A famous tamil song by the legent Shri Kannadasan goes like this "Irrukkum edaithaivittu lladha Edam thedi engengo allaigindran gnanathangame"
meaning without searching within one's own self one goes on wandering from place to place in search of God. " This quote is quite appropriate to Smt. Shivagami Mam's Satsang address on Sunday, wherein she says God is within each one of us and it is for us to awaken this flame.
She says that in this materialistic world desires and expectations are the main cause for worries and sufferings which later lead to disappointments and depression. These negative vibes get accumulated, hardened and become huge and need to be dissolved. How to melt these negative samaskaras. The answer is Silentation. When the mind becomes light we become prepared to receive the Divine energy from the Master. We have to always be under the umbrella of Master's grace. This is possible by being in constant remembrance of Master. The energy stored in the Mooladhara has to be awakened with the help of Master's Divine energy by soul to soul connectivity.
Lastly, Mam insisted that everyone should attend satsang regularly irrespective of Master's physical presence or otherwise to get energised at the Mouna Mantapa and strive to attain the state of CHIVAM by practising Chivality.
The above is the gist of Mam Shivagami's speech. Any shortcomings may kindly be corrected.
MMCS 45 contd.
After Shivagami Mam's Satsang address Shri Lokanathji has thrown light upon certain aspects as follows:
Silentation means he says is total emptiness with no light, sound and time. It is total darkness and stillness. He says Summane Irabeku. We get connected to universal energy through remembrance of Master. Next he emphasised upon Nisarga Chetana, Nisargatheetha Chettana and Nirguna. Nisarga Chettana means that which happens naturally without any external influence. Nisargatheetha Chettana, being the present name given to our Foundation,. means Beyond the Nature's Consciousness -NC. Nirguna Chetana is beyond divinity, as explained by Masterji.
Another three aspects which Lokanathji has elucidated is about Kriya, Prakriya and Pratikriya. Kriya denotes action. Prakriya is whatever that is happening and Pratikriya is Nothingness I. e., laya.
Lokanathji has also covered an aspect from Bagavad Gita, wherein Lord Krishna Gives Up Adesh to Arjuna. Lord Krishna says one has to do his duty for the sake as duty without expectation, by force, with the assistance of one's Gyana. Work has to be done for the sake of work without attachment.
Lokanathji has also thrown light upon the Big Bang theory. As a result of big bang various Athmas have emanated and taken refuge in the skeletal body with the unison of panchaboothas and became pranas in the Sharirah.
Another aspect of importance which Lokanathji has emphasised upon is about Silence which paves the way for Enlightenment or God Realisation. He has made a reference to Lord Gautama Buddha, who after wandering great distance, finally attained Enlightenment under the Bodhi tree, after beseeching Silence. Such is the enormous power of Silence which is the language of God. Experienceless experience is enlightenment.
He concluded by, again elaborating on Silence which enables us to destroy the negativity within us, when our mind becomes light to absorb enormous Divine Energy from Master.
