Notes 19 Jan
Write-up No: 01 Sunday Chivasangh - 19th Jan, 2025 Gurubhyo Namaha
The Sunday satsang commenced with the morning salutation to the Divine Master by the Abhyasis. The morning Sun and the cold weather, amidst the chirping of the birds, at the back drop acknowledged their participation in the Satsang.
A brief address by Abhyasi Smt. Swathi conveyed the message of cleansing one's mind by keeping it as clear and subtle as a glass without stains I. e., negative vibes. She says when there are stains on the glass the visibility becomes difficult. In the same way when our mind is filled with negativity we fail to perform any task at ease, instead make it complicated. We tend to suffer with fear, anxiety, depression etc. Therefore we need the Divine Energy from the Enlightened Master to cleanse the mind and make it fully blank without thoughts. When "Mano Nasha" takes place one can attain liberation. Therefore constant remembrance of the Master and total surrender to Him is very essential to attain Mukthi along with intense and regular Chivality practice.
Abhyasi Kum. Apoorva's Discourse
Abhyasi Apoorva's message was thought provoking and orderly. Foremost she says one has to have a goal or vision while practising Chivality.
She says our goal is to attain liberation. Once the goal is set, then action or Karma follows. We need to adapt certain codes of conduct like attending Satsangs regularly, observing silentation sittings twice daily. Making attempts to deviate from the thought of "I" and "Mine".
Then, she says one needs to be in constant remembrance of the Master. " Sadha Guru Samarane Madabeku". When one practices Chivality with dedication then his/her Manasu gets cleansed with the help of Master's Energy. She says the next step is total surrender to the Master, totally doing away with the feeling of "I and Mine". On the other hand totally internalising the feeling of " My Master" within us. My Master shall protect me and he shall do everything and I have no role to play. My Master is dwelling within me and every action is that of the Master and not mine. Suffering arises only when desires crop up and when they are not met.
When all these aspects are adhered to sincerely, one can achieve the ultimate goal, that is Liberation/Mukthi. Namachivayam
