Sunday Satsang -May 10, 2026

Masterji’s Sunday Satsang at Mouna Mantappa was conducted in a peaceful and spiritually uplifting atmosphere amidst nature and meditation. He began by asking the Abhyasis why they gather every Sunday and compared the importance of attending Satsang to undergoing dialysis. Just as dialysis is essential for sustaining physical life by purifying the blood, regular participation in Satsang is essential for spiritual purification and Liberation. Therefore, attendance should be sincere and consistent.

Masterji explained that human beings are born due to accumulated negativity and karmic impressions, but the true purpose of life is to attain Liberation and avoid rebirth. He said suffering is closely connected to the mind and worldly existence, remarking that “manasinda sufferings” — suffering arises from the mind. As negativity dissolves through spiritual practice, one gradually feels lighter and more peaceful. Enlightenment makes a person spiritually “light,” free from worldly burdens.

He emphasized that spirituality should not remain mere philosophy but must become an experiential process through interaction, meditation, and guidance from the Guru. Amid six days of materialistic life, dedicating one day to Chivsang and spiritual practice helps connect the aspirant to the Divine World, which is filled with peace unlike the restless material world.

Masterji stressed the importance of dissolving negativity with the help of the Master’s divine energy. Regular attendance at Chivsang and remaining in the physical presence of the Master aid this transformation. He also highlighted daily diary writing as a means to maintain constant remembrance of the Master and overcome negative ego and inner resistance.

Explaining the qualities of a Mumukshu, Masterji said such a seeker lives in the world with non-attachment while remaining focused on Moksha. Spiritual progress becomes evident when suffering gradually reduces, eventually leading to purity of mind and bliss.

He reminded Abhyasis that worldly pleasures are temporary and often lead to suffering, while true bliss comes through Self-realisation. When one realizes that one is not merely the body but pure energy, one advances spiritually. In conclusion, Masterji urged everyone to strive for Liberation through sincere practice, remembrance of the Master, inner purification, and regular Satsang attendance.
